Manor on the Bay

A small Family owned Boutique-style house with everything we needed. The owners really created a beautiful and stylish place with a personal touch. We were in the Penthouse-rooms with incredible views. Breakfast (small Buffet) is great, you can order eggs any style. Overall a beautiful place near Capetown and I really hope we can make it back one day.

A slice of paradise in Gordon's Bay. Our expectations were high after reading all the reviews about this place, and we were not disappointed. As a family, we have travelled extensively on four continents, but this was probably our best hotel/lodging experience so far. Jenny and Sebastian are the loveliest hosts imaginable. They gave us a ton of advice about what to do and see, not only in the area but also along the Garden Route. We had a lovely (very large) room with views of the ocean. The beach is only steps away and there are several decent restaurants within a short walking distance. The breakfast was simply amazing with eggs made to order, fresh local fruit and much more. I cannot recommend Manor on the Bay enough. On top of everything else, it's also excellent value for money. We will definitely be back on our next trip to SA.

We drove an hour from Cape Town to Gordon's Bay and we're so pleased with this beautiful property. It seems to be run by a family who were very warm and kind. They were so sweet to have our rooms side by side with the ocean view. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
