Clean and tidy, comfortable bed, walking distance to the town centre and pubs, friendly staff, suited what we wanted.
Melissa was really nice and very helpful – an awesome host and very informative. The motel is in a great location, close to restaurants and within walking distance to many places. The only downside was the bathroom, which felt very old and had an unpleasant smell. A refurbishment would really improve the overall experience.
Definitely not a 4 star hotel like they advertise, trip advisor rating isn’t a hotel rating. Whilst rooms are ok, they are dated and moisture evident in bathrooms, location is good and generally a good 3 star motel. Dated televisions, no smart tv to stream netfix, kayo etc which is very much bau these days. Good cheap option for a budget snow trip to Buller
