My wife and I have been lucky to stay at some amazing hotels around the world, but we both agree that Ventanas is at the top of the list. The grounds are flawless. The rooms have this old-school Mexican vibe that’s hard to explain but feels incredibly special. It’s not over-the-top, just timeless and perfect. The service is where it really stands out. Pamela, Paola, Alexa, and the whole crew made our short stay feel like something out of a movie. Every detail was taken care of without ever feeling forced. We split our time between Las Ventanas and Esperanza. Esperanza was great, no complaints, but Ventanas is in a league of its own. We came for our babymoon and already can’t wait to come back with our baby next time.

STAY AWAY – Extremely Disappointed! We booked a $1,300 spa treatment for my wife’s birthday and mine, expecting a luxury experience. After submitting all requested info, we received a confirmation email. But when we followed up, they claimed the appointment wasn’t confirmed—despite what their own email said. The level of miscommunication and lack of professionalism is shocking for a place of this supposed caliber. They ruined what was meant to be a once-in-a-lifetime celebration. Not worth the price or the stress. There are far better spas in Cabo—don’t waste your time or money here.
