Mantra Ettalong Beach

We recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a truly wonderful experience. Everything was perfect – the room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The balcony offered a stunning view, which we really enjoyed. My children had a fantastic time and truly made the most of their holiday there. There is just one small issue I would like to bring to the attention of the management. We stayed in room 406, and every time I opened the cupboard under the kitchen sink to take out a pot or something else, a very unpleasant odor came out. It was quite strong and hard to ignore whenever the cupboard door was open. I believe it might be due to the pipes underneath, possibly from overuse or needing maintenance. Other than that, everything was excellent. As someone who values cleanliness, I was especially impressed with how clean and well-sanitized the bathrooms were – it really made a difference. I truly appreciate the hard work of the staff and thank them for making our stay so enjoyable.

Second to none accomodation, very neat and tidy the whole place. Our room is a pool accessible and fantastic view too. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, it’s awesome experience.

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room service was quick and easy. We had the big massive beautiful swimming pool to ourselves for a while. It's as beautiful at night as it is in the day time. The bed was comfy. The rooms spa baths are cute, their jets are strong. Value for money. I'd happily stay there again.
