The missus and I stayed here on a trip to PD for her birthday. The location of the venue is fantastic. Right in town and close to everything you need. Upon arrival, we were actually given the wrong room. The lady at the front, who was an absolute gem, immediately fixed us up with the correct accommodation. We stayed in the Spa Suite, which was absolutely fantastic. We took full advantage of the jacuzzi after dinner and it was bliss. My only real complaint is the bed(s). I'm not sure why so many hotels do this, but this trend really needs to die already, but when I book a room with a king bed, I expect a KING BED. What I seem to keep getting is two smaller mattresses, pushed together, and covered with a single fitted sheet. In this case, the mattresses were uneven and it made the bed extremely uncomfortable. I woke up in the middle of the night lodged between the two mattresses that had separated from my body weight. If this is some tactic used to save money, please just bite the bullet and get an actual king mattress. All in all the stay was truly lovely. The room was beautiful and spacious, everything was clean, a fully stocked coffee and tea box was a lovely touch, the location couldn't have been better, the pool was great as well, and the cherry on top was the incredible staff. I do regret not getting the receptionists name. She was top notch!

It was my husbands 60th birthday and both my grandchildren 1st birthday. To celebrate I booked 3 rooms. All had a spa. Unfortunately, I didn't use my spa because I was having too much fun in the heated pool and spa. *** Important Note. I don't think it is heated in Summer, but we visited in July. Had an amazing stay. FYI the only issue are the dreadful twin king singles that arr everywhere. Spring for an actual King or a Queen bed. These are awful. I have actual thought about buying a campervan.

Hotel is very well located, and the rooms are spacious . Was overall happy with the hotel, but since you are asking me for feedback: The reception was not manned the entire length of my stay (3 nights). This made using the washing machines difficult, as I could not get coins or washing powder. On that note, it was frustrating that the washer and dryer even cost money. I paid almost $1000 for my stay, surely the hotel could eat the $6 worth of coins to run the washer and dryer, especially if they aren't paying for somebody to man the reception and give out the coins in the first place. Additionally, my room did not have a dish scrubber, and the only dishwashing liquid was in a single use plastic bag. Great for the first time I washed the dishes, but an obvious issue the second and third times. The quality of the rooms also felt a bit lacking. Doors that couldn't close due to moisture expanding them, weird windows from inside the shower into the main hallways of the hotel, dated and tiny TV's etc. Also, you needed to sign up for an Accor account to use the hotel wifi. Doesnt cost anything, but was an unnecessary hassle - just another annoyance in my spam folder.
