I recently stayed at Mantra and I was truly impressed by the staff Angel & Lara. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel like I was a valued guest. The check-in process was quick, and was so friendly and helpful—even gave me a detailed map of the city and suggested a few great restaurants nearby. Throughout my stay, the housekeeping team was attentive, ensuring everything was spotless and even leaving small notes to ask if I needed anything. On the last day, I had a small issue with my reservation, but the manager, handled it smoothly and professionally, offering a solution within minutes. Overall, the staff made my experience at Mantra unforgettable. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service!
Great shuttle bus service fast, clean and friendly drivers. Up graded to refurbished room, wonderful bed great shower love the shower products . Check in friendly and efficient. Restaurant meal always good and always a variation on apple crumble.
This is only an airport hotel and I would never stay here unless I needed an airport hotel. So, it works for that. The free shuttle was fast and easy to take and a nice driver, Rob. We had a twin studio room and they are only on lowest two floors. So, get a king if you want a higher level. Room is average size, well lighted and the bathroom was good. Good space for luggage. Beds were way too soft, maybe worn out, not sure. Room was difficult to heat like they do not want you to warm it up at their expense. One guest said it took his hours to warm up!.. May be the same for ours. Linens wee low quality but in good condition. Thread count very low so a little rough to feel. Quiet overall but a couple of door slams in the cold hallway. Good buffet breakfast which we had included in our room. A nice little cafe is across the road for other options. I'd likely do this again given the Holiday inn at the airport was more expensive and looked tired from the outside.
