We were fortunate to have an apartment on the 8th level with direct lift access to basement carpark. Although the aircon temperature is non adjustable, with only high & low switch, we still enjoyed a very comfortable self contained apartment with washer/dryer & dishwasher etc appliances. In particular, a very comfortable bed. Also the welcome drink & bonus treats are awesome. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Nice layout of rooms for the travelling family of 4. Choose the Harbour view as the city view suites face towards the noisy bars and backpackers on the street adjacent to the hotel. Suggest getting the king bed in room 1 converted to twin beds as this means the parents bedroom has the living areas and balcony access/control. Both bedrooms have their own TV as well as one in the living area.
The apartment was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Close to all amenities and good views. The only complaint I have was that we were staying for 7 nights and we were expected to pay for parking in the underground parking. Surly for that length of stay there could some compromise.
