Mantra Pavilion Hotel Wagga Wagga

We had the pleasure of staying here for one night. We had unfortunately an issue with our booking at another hotel and found ourselves without a place to stay, exhausted after a days driving. We were welcomed and treated so kindly by Sarah, such a refreshing change after our previous experience with the other hotel. Room was very generously sized, clean and very comfortable bed. Highly Recommend

The service was superb. Edwina was friendly, efficient, helpful, personable. The following day Sarah was also very good. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. I'll be staying here again if I'm back in Wagga.

Was impressed by the hospitality of the new owner who took time to chat whenever we were coming and going. Genuinely interested and enthusiastic - rare these days. Spacious clean rooms. Only 2 things I would suggest: 1) I don't think we received any housekeeping over the 3 nights we stayed so we used up everything and 2) other guests' cig smoke either blew in from next room balcony or from carpark below. We loved keeping the balcony door open for fresh air so this was a bit of a drawback (get it?). Super handy for Baylis St pubs, cafes, shops, etc. Kind of a cool retro vibe to the hotel - can't wait to see what new owners do next time we visit.
