Mantra Twin Towns Coolangatta

No need was too much! We booked an apartment room for two nights in June 2025 over the weekend. Arrived at 12 and got a check-in straight away. We placed the 'Do Not Disturb' on the door handle and privacy was granted, I've had previous experiences at other hotels where this was ignored. We asked for a late checkout and it was granted with no hassle or cost whatsoever, and on check out, the reception team were more than happy to help store our bags until our departure. All facilities were clean and tidy, and the room was fully equipped and more modern than the online photos. Will be staying at this Mantra Twin Town again next time!

We stayed two nights and enjoyed it. Our room had a fantastic balcony with ocean views. Breakfast provided a good variety of choices and was delicious. The hotel's location is perfect. Being so close to the beach and local shops was great. The room was clean. Beds were not very comfortable but it was OK for just 2 nights. The staff at reception was not very attentive and friendly.

A great family friendly venue. The self contained apartments were ideal especially with fitted washing machine and dryer 👏. The living area and bedrooms are spacious and two ensuites with toilets are convenient for a family of five. The room was “fresh” and kitchen stocked with all necessary equipment and yes - a dishwasher too. We found the location perfect! The views from balconies are quite stunning. The beachfront only one block away, bus stops out front and eateries galore along the street. Grocery stores and quick marts only a few minutes walk. The hotel has a small games room, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools and dadadadaah a putt putt golf also. So, there is enough to keep the family busy for a lazy ‘home day’. We found all the permanent residents which we encountered to be a friendly and helpful as the staff. Thank you.
