I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room is comfortable and the staff are very helpful. There's a humidifier and clothes steamer in the room. The hotel is also super close to the tourist spots but peaceful. Their breakfast has a good selection of Chinese dishes too. The only gripe would be that you can't take a taxi to its doorstep as the area is closed to traffic.
The hotel is relatively new, with not many amenities. The rooms are small, very tiny. No storage spaces at all. I like the toilet, it flushes automatically, and the sink is a good size. The room is pretty quiet, but the hotel location is isolated from anything. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hallway smells good, too. Considering all the above, and compared to many other hotels in China, the rooms are pretty expensive here, it's over $100.00 and up per night. Breakfast is 68 RMB per person, that is also higher than many other hotels.
We stayed September 12-16. Our stay was a nightmare. The staff did not allow us to leave the hotel during the weekend, like a prison!!! MR. MASON (director of the hotel) promised to return 800 Yuan but 2 months later still waiting!!! Very bad customer service, MR. MASON!!!!
