Beautiful forest cottages! It feels like some forest retreat experience. They have a massive beautiful garden for walks/hikes. Our host Lindsay Walker, is friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay!
Wow, the chalet was perfect and cozy. The rooms were spacious and we slept great. Because we visited in December I thought we will not use the fire place. But we had some chilly days and used the fire place. It was just perfect sitting infront of the fire lookinging at the gardens and the mist rolling in. The service from the host and personnel is of highest quality. We are already planning our next trip. Thank you for your hospitality.
We arrived 12/08/24.The host Lyndsay was waiting for us. We had nothing to eat and it was dark already, she kindly provided some food and milk to get us through till the morning.Made sure we were comfortable before saying good night. The setting of the place is absolutely stunning. We had electric blankets; wall mounted heaters; an electric wall mounted heater in the bathroom and a well stocked fire place inside and braai facility outside. The unit had all the necessary utensils, crockery and cutlery even a welcoming bottle of port/ sherry in a decanter . We loved the accommodation, we loved Hogsback and it's people . We are already missing it all. Will definitely recommend Maple Grove and will surely visit again. Rodney & Mandy
