Maple Hotel

We’re so happy we chose The Maple Hotel as our wedding venue — they truly helped make our special day unforgettable. All our guests, both Thai and those who flew in from abroad, had a wonderful time. Some even told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended! Hearing how much our guests enjoyed themselves — especially those who had traveled so far — meant the world to us. The hotel team was with us every step of the way, helping with all the little details and making the whole process feel so smooth and stress-free. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. The food was incredible, and the Grand Ballroom was absolutely stunning. We — along with many of our international guests — also stayed at the hotel for a few days before and after the wedding and had such a great time. The lobby bar became our regular hangout spot, and it was so fun. The cocktails were awesome, I especially loved the Mojito. The outdoor mall next to the hotel was also a great place to explore, grab a delicious meal, and spend the day relaxing.

Buffet breakfast was underwhelming. Not a very large selection. No bacon. Food was not kept hot. No cereal. Eggs are fried and sat in a warmer (10 to 20 at a time). Rather than made to order. Bit of a shame when you look around and there are generally more staff than customers .

We stayed for four nights. The location is great, but it’s a bit far from the nearest 7-Eleven. The staff here are very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, with a sign saying it was under maintenance—though I have my doubts about that. The shower water was hot, but it didn’t mix well with cold water, making it either too hot or too cold.
