We are staying 2 nights in the chestnut. We picked this as it got a secure backyard for our dog. She found a chicken drumstick that someone tossed out in the garden. Lucky I caught her before she ate it all. The fan on the wood heater is super noisy. The tap on the bath tub is loose. The toilet brush doesn't have a handle. Some shelves could do with some dusting. The bedside tables are too small. Better if the bedside lamps would be mounted on the wall to give space. There are no ceiling lights at all. Just a couple of lamb shades. The courtyard is pretty but the gate is a pain to shut and open. For the price of $300 a night I would have expected a bit more attention to detail. It would also be nice to have a separate bin for recycling in the kitchen not just one bin for all.
