My room was comfortable and clean, and the restaurant was very nice. The breakfast buffet was lovely as well. The friendly, helpful staff provided great service. The air conditioner was a bit loud, and the window shade banged around a bit when the air was running. A bit of tape to hold it in place helps keep things quiet for sleeping.
Very good hotel to stay in Rancagua. We did not find better during our repetitive visits during last 13yrs. Rooms and surroundings are kept clean. Sometimes it's visible on furniture the hotel is mostly fully occupied. Breakfast with good food selection supplied during whole morning. Reception staff was always very supportive and helpful. Very good hotel restaurant, bar and well fitted fitness room and outdoor swimming-pool. Will return for sure again...
Overall the hotel is nice. The food is great as well. However, rooms could use some work. The room I stayed had mold all over the bathroom ceiling and walls.
