It looks like a hotel without more but it has been very surprising for us. It is true that the view from our room was not the best and you could hear noise from the street but the attention has been excellent, at reception Donia has been very friendly and has helped us with everything. We were able to leave the suitcases all afternoon the day we did the checkout. But the best of all has been the excellent attention of the rooftop restaurant staff. They are always aware that everything is fine, it has very good prices in shishas and alcohol and the food is SUPER delicious. One of the best food I've ever tasted in Cairo and I mean it very seriously. They also lent me a charger to charge my phone The manager is very kind and cordial. My next visit in Cairo, I'm sure I'll repeat this place
This our second time staying at the marcharbel hotel and its truly beautiful with exceptional service.. I want to thank shery for her warm reception. Despite us causing her a lot of trouble with everything. She welcomed each of us with an open heart and always worked to ensure our comfort. Thank you especially to sherry and for everything
The room is clean. The service was great! The staff are friendly and approachable. Thank you for cleaning our room every day. Breakfast is okay as well. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop. The highlight was the elevator😃. It was exciting that their elevator would make you confused if you would open or automatically open😃, It was an awesome experience!! We enjoyed our stay at Mar Charbel Hotel Cairo. Recommendable Hotel!
