Mar Hotels Paguera & Spa

“Highly recommended! Perfect vacation spot!” Fantastic hotel! We had an amazing stay at Mar Hotels Paguera & Spa! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome — the friendly receptionist checked us in quickly and gave us all the information we needed. Our room was exactly what we hoped for — even better! It was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided, and the bed was large and super comfortable. Nights were peaceful and quiet, so we slept like babies. We booked the all-inclusive option, and it was absolutely worth it! Breakfasts were delicious, with freshly made omelets and pancakes, plus a huge variety of cheeses, cold cuts, pastries, yogurts, fruits, vegetables, and drinks. Lunches and dinners were always varied and full of flavor — fish, meat, chicken, vegetarian dishes — there was something for everyone. Drinks were unlimited, including champagne, wine, beer, and soft drinks. The bar was excellent, offering a wide range of cocktails, quality spirits, coffee, sandwiches, fruits, ice cream, cookies, and snacks. Plus, the alcohol was good quality — no hangover! The hotel’s spa area was another highlight: a great pool, a hammam, and massage services. There were also fun activities like table tennis and billiards by the pool. The entertainment team kept both kids and adults smiling — they were so friendly and full of energy! Location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops around. The hotel also has paid parking, which was convenient for us since we rented a car. But getting there from the airport is easy by bus or taxi too. Overall, we loved everything about this hotel! The service was outstanding — everything was well-organized and thought through, and the staff did an amazing job. Thank you for making our stay so special! We’ll definitely be back! We went to Mar Hotel with our three young children and had the best, most relaxing time. Some things we loved: -The food was delicious and varied -It was spacious and clean -Facilities were great for kids, three pools, football pitch, park etc - The mini discos were brilliant and made our kids days! - Close to the beach, shops and restaurants The staff at this hotel really made this trip for us. Having a young family you can feel pretty disruptive but the staff were nothing but welcoming. The receptionists couldn’t help us enough, the restaurant staff never complained about the mess our kids made and were always smiling (huge shout out to Pedri aka moneyman for making them giggle non stop and the lovely female chief making us omelettes every morning). The animation team… just wow! The hotel is very lucky to have Alex, Hector and Claudia. These three were so incredible at their job and were the highlight of our stay. The team hosted a variety of activities which just left us smiling and laughing the whole time, our kids fell in love with them (and us). We would really recommend this hotel to anyone with kids just to hang out with these three special people! Thanks again guys for helping us have such a wonderful trip. While we had a pleasant stay and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it is not a 4 star hotel as advertised. There are parts of the hotel which would qualify as 4 star but there are some serious draw backs. The main bar is inundated as soon as it’s opened, there needs to either be more people working on it, or have drink dispensing machines free to use. The quality of the cocktails was also poor and resulted in us having cocktails out every night rather than at the hotel. The rooms were an okay standard but were not 4 star grade. The food was a good variety, I just feel the dinning hall could do with a bit of a redesign as the flow wasn’t brilliant. The cleaners did a remarkable job everyday and the room was spotless. A pleasant short stay.
