I could not recommend this hotel enough!!! From walking into the spotless lovely smelling lobby to the huge modern rooms, we were very happy with our first impressions! The rooms were cleaned and so tidy every day and the cleaning staff were lovely!! The restaurant and food choice was fantastic, such gorgeous food and all the staff were so friendly and polite! So much choice on the all inclusive drinks and they were shy on the alcohol! Our little girl loved the pool and the kids pool section across the road was lovely. I actually think its a good idea having them separate from the main pool as it gave different vibes at each pool. We had a late flight the last day and they allowed us to keep one room (we had 3 rooms in our group) and still get the all inclusive lunch. Thank you for making our stay so amazing and welcoming!

My husband and I spent a wonderful vacation at this hotel and we couldn’t be more pleased. We stayed in a room with private access to the pool, which was a dream come true. One of the aspects we appreciated the most was that part of the hotel is reserved exclusively for adults — a real bonus for those seeking peace and relaxation. The highlight of our stay was without a doubt the professionalism and friendliness of the hotel staff. Their attentive and welcoming attitude made us feel truly cared for. We were also very satisfied with the culinary experience; both the cuisine and the service in the restaurant were excellent. If I were to mention one small downside, it would be that our room had a faint odor coming from the drains. This stood in contrast to the lovely fragrance in the hotel’s lobby and hallways. Overall, though, it was an exceptional stay, and we would happily return. Highly recommended for couples looking for a relaxing and high-quality escape.

Me and my two sons have just returned home from our holiday. This was not our original hotel but our original one cancelled 6 days before our holiday and I am so glad they did! Considering this hotel was only booked 6 days before our trip and I had requested a ground or 1st floor room due to one of my sons using a wheelchair, we was accommodated with a disabled room. The staff was all amazing, always so polite, smiling and just genuinely made the whole trip such a great experience. The hotel was so bright and clean, the food was so fresh, my youngest can be quite picky but he had had so much choice and there was a wide variety everyday. The shops and beach are litrally round the corner! Both my boys have additional needs so having the shops and beach on the door stop was perfect for us but we barly left the hotel as it had all we needed. We will definitely be returning!
