Mar Suites Formentera by Universal Beach Hotels

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are gorgeous and stocked with everything you need. They are also clean and do a great turn down service. The location could not be better too. Would highly recommend!!

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 4 nights. The style and design are truly amazing. We loved the pool area where you can enjoy the sun all day. Drinks are pricey but very good. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The location is great, a bit outside of the city. The hotel opened just last year, so it's new, but there are some areas for improvement. We booked a room with a jacuzzi, but it wasn't working, and we had to change rooms on the second day of our stay (the hotel offered us a free breakfast as compensation). The rooftop with the jacuzzi wasn't cleaned daily. The WiFi was very poor. For two days, the swimming pool was occupied by a family with six children who were running and jumping in the pool, making it impossible to relax. While this wasn't the hotel's fault, we believe they should have addressed the situation as it was very disturbing for other guests. Overall, we were happy with our choice and would come here again.

Rooms are loud, especially at night when the party crowd leaves town. Didn’t find staff overly friendly and accommodating. They could do a lot better.
