MarBella Mar Bella Collection

We had an amazing stay at MarBella, Mar-Bella Collection. The spacious room, delicious food, fantastic kids’ club, and fun water park made it perfect for the whole family. We especially loved the easy access to the beach and the excellent F&B options — the “Dine Out” feature is a brilliant idea, allowing guests to enjoy restaurants in the surrounding area as part of the full board plan. The only area that could use some improvement is the gym — the equipment could be upgraded, more machines added, and it would be great if it opened earlier than 8am, as that’s a bit late and it gets quite busy. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend for families looking for both relaxation and activities.

My family and I had a fantastic time at Marbella Collection. I must admit, I was a little concerned before our trip due to some negative reviews I had read, but the moment we arrived, all of those worries disappeared. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always friendly, helpful, and professional. The food was delicious with plenty of variety to suit everyone’s tastes. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The resort is incredibly family-friendly, with great facilities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. Our kids had a blast, and there was always something to keep them engaged. We’re already planning to return next year! This place truly exceeded all our expectations!

We booked a stay here for a party of eleven guests, the sea view rooms are not full sea view, the whole service experience for a 5 star hotel is poor, the interactions with the staff and management has been defensive and negative. Every recommendations for adequate service has received strong push back. We will most certainly will not be coming back to this resort or booking any holidays with this hotel chain. Think twice before you commit….
