Rooms old and not properly maintained. First check-in found the bedsheets were dirty with some spot on it. Asked to changed it to new clean sheets. Seharusnya ini bisa lebih baik lagi, lokasi enak dan view lumayan bagus.

It's more like an apartment rather than hotel, furthermore suites. (-) The rooms are dirty and smelly. The bedsheets and towels are full of stain. Even the kitchen has a lot of ants. There's also no bell boy to help you deliver your things. The breakfast also limited and even they're waiting for the guests to asking the food before refill it. (+) The positive things are the water heater works well and the swimming pool quite clean. They also have family room with 2 separate queen bed, as well as microwave.

Come at own risk.. Rooms were not well maintained at all and in poor condition: 1. Towels given were visibly unclean and dirty, finger print and scuff marks can be seen 2. Filthy and badly stained bed sheet 3. Mouldy shower room 4. Lizard was present in the shower!!!!!!! 😱 5. Aircon was not strong and cooling 6. No hair dryer is available Others: 1. Only 1 out of 2 lift was working 2. Breakfast service was poor. Told that breakfast starts at 7am but in the morning nothing much was prepared and ready even though only nasi goreng and mee goreng were for selection. Food took long to come and was cold.
