customer service was really bad the male guy on reception treat customer like inmates. room size was good but hotel is too old, airconditioner either doest not work or if it works it squeaks throughout the night. bad experience at all

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at this hotel and were thoroughly disappointed. Despite requesting housekeeping services, our room was not cleaned. When we approached the reception to address this and report that someone had attempted to open our door and window the previous night, as well as inform them about the non-functional telephone in our room, the staff was dismissive and unresponsive. Additionally, some staff members didn’t even greet us, which added to the unwelcoming atmosphere. We expected better service and security measures.
