I would like to sincerely thank all the staff at Marble Hotel in Istanbul. The service was truly excellent—from the reception team to the kitchen staff, and especially Mr. Eren. Throughout my stay, I never once felt uncomfortable; everything was smooth and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety every day. Without a doubt, during my next visit to Istanbul, I will definitely be staying again at Marble Hotel
Not up to 4-star standards Unfortunately, our stay at Marble Hotel was far from what we expected. The receptionist was unfriendly from the moment we arrived. We asked for basic information about the city, and they couldn’t help us at all. We booked a “superior” non-smoking room, but it smelled of tobacco smoke, and the bathroom had a persistent sewage smell throughout our stay. The breakfast was below expectations, especially considering the positive reviews we had read on Booking. The spa staff didn’t speak English, were impolite, and the prices changed daily, which made us feel uncomfortable and suspicious. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel was unpleasant, and the service fell well short of 4-star quality. We would not recommend this hotel.
If I can give zero start I would. This is one of the worst hotels ever!!!! They have something against the AC!! Really we called multiple times regarding the AC to the extent that we needed to change the room. Also they don't turn on the AC in the lobby which is absurd!! Very low service and quality. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, other than that it doesn't deserve 4 stars.
