Staying at Dorint Marc Aurel Resort Bad Gögging was like stepping into a royal dream. As a solo traveler, I felt like a king in a grand palace—everything from the architecture to the ambiance exudes luxury and elegance. The staff were warm and attentive, and the atmosphere was serene and rejuvenating. A truly majestic experience that I’ll never forget. Highly recommended!

This was my 2nd time to this wonderful hotel. We had a recently renovated room with a great view from the 3rd floor. Love the sound pool the most!!! One of the coolest most memorable experiences in my life. Thank you for the memories! See you again next year!!

The hotel impresses at first glance with its beautiful design. The public areas and restaurants are stylish and inviting. The atmosphere in the restaurants is particularly outstanding - both the ambience and the food are highly recommended. Unfortunately, this positive impression does not continue in the rooms. The furnishings are old and clearly worn, which does not do the hotel justice overall. In addition, the bed was very uncomfortable, which greatly impaired our sleeping comfort. Overall, the hotel is a real highlight in the public areas, but the rooms are in urgent need of renovation. Those who value beautiful surroundings and great restaurants will be happy here - but there are better options for a restful night. The hotel gets 5 stars. The rooms only 1 star. As the rooms are the most important aspect of the hotel, I only give it 2 stars.
