This hotel was amazing. although the street you walk down may seem a little "not safe" based off of people always loitering, once you get into the hotel the atmosphere changes immediately. The hotel is very safe, very clean, and very friendly staff. The staff speaks English as well. The rooms were spacious, big bathroom with a waterfall shower head and magnification mirror, a towel water rack that also warmed the tile in the bathroom outside the shower, and air-conditioning. You MUST opt-in for the breakfast here, it was incredible! Many different options, as well as vegan options, and the staff for the breakfast tea are so warm and welcoming. Every morning they came around and gave us fresh pressed juice, which was delicious. If I ever go back to Munich, I will definitely be staying here! Also super great location to the central train station, radius tours meet up, and the downtown area! 10/10!!!

We stayed here for our week long trip to Munich and it was the best place we could have stumbled upon. The location is great, close to the train station, short walk to downtown and to the festival ground. But be aware it shares the block with many other hotels and the streets do have a lot of people late night. Since this is a big tourist hub, it shows its ware on the streets. Once inside, you are good to go. We recommend adding the breakfast option on, the photos one their website are what you get, its very vast and has options for vegan, vegetarian meals as well. Well worth the cost. The only downside of the room was the bed. Our bed was broken in a way that felt like either the mattress is old and worn or someone jumped on the corner too many times. That was the only shortcoming in a great room. I am sure you will enjoy your stay. We will tell people to check this place out when traveling to Munich. Enjoy~

I stayed here 2 years ago while on a biking trip. Firstly I stayed here 3 days when injuring myself on the bike and had to replan the remaining 2 weeks of my trip. I picked here because I had already booked the hotel for the last 3 days of my trip before flying home. Since I was returning at the end of my trip, they kindly let me store my bike in their underground private garage. The staff were very kind at the desk and the rest of the staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast is a huge 10/10. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station. This area worked best for me since I was travelling by train. I am returning to Munch in August and have re-booked with them. Picture below: packing my bike and gear and the room.
