Had a wonderful stay. Fun older building , lovely design to the rooms. A very pleasant experience. Staff was friendly, and helpful. I wish we had more time in the area we only stayed one night passing through. Breakfast was wonderful.

Wow, what an amazing hotel! Stayed here during a work trip and arrived to a very warm welcome from the reception staff. The villa has been restored to a quality standard and the room was very comfortable. The restaurant served a great breakfast and the service from staff was perfect, dinner was delicious, would recommend the Vincigrasso! The staff really made my stay as pleasant as could be and they were so friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fabriano for a holiday or for work!

Unfortunately this is absolutely not what the hotel's website promises! I did not have a fabulous experience, did not enjoy the pool and did not have a good night's sleep. As we were traveling through, and only stayed one night, we were tucked away in a side building, nearly not as glamorous as the main building. My single room was old fashioned and in need of TLC. As this hotel is rated as being a 4 star hotel, I wouldn't have expected a rusty bin and a cracked shower floor. Also, one of the plugs didn't work and I had a terrible night, hearing other guest's snoring through the chamber walls. Not something that corresponds with a four star hotel either! Also, I wanted to go bathing in the pool the evening before. I found the pool closed and there were some restrictions I didn't know of. Also something the website doesn't mention. Let alone I needed to make a reservation, I also needed to put on a bathing cap. Not the luxury the website shows. Breakfast was impeccable though! Lots of choise: sweet and savery. Also, good service there! One thing left to mention: two times we needed the receptionist, we couldn't find someone. The first time we wanted to mention that the shampoo container in the shower was empty, the second time was after we had our breakfast and we wanted to check out. Reception was closed and we had nowhere to put our key. So...no goodbyes, nothing. This is not a place of grandeur and good service! Some maintenance and TLC is highly recommended!
