From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of — professional, friendly, and attentive in every detail. The food was absolutely amazing, with every meal exceeding our expectations. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented – it truly added to the luxury experience. The location is a dream: right on the beachfront with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Waking up to the sound of the waves was pure bliss. As fitness lovers, we were especially impressed by the on-site tennis facilities and the well-equipped gym. It made staying active feel like part of the vacation. We’ll definitely be back — highly recommended for anyone seeking relaxation, luxury, and the perfect balance of wellness and nature.

Yesterday, I was invited by Madame Mariam, the Spa Manager, to try out the new water activity across from the pool. Abdel, who is responsible for this area, warmly welcomed me and explained the activity in detail. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a great time, and it definitely won't be the last time. "Our stay at Marchica Lagoon Resort had many positive aspects: the location by the lagoon is stunning, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities such as the pool and spa are excellent. The overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, our arrival did not go as smoothly as expected. We had booked two rooms for six people (room 2 and room 3), but the extra beds for the children were not registered at check-in. We were even asked to pay an additional supplement, although our booking confirmation clearly showed it was already included. This created a disappointing start to our stay. In addition, we experienced a recurring issue with drain flies in room 2. Although the reception sent the cleaning team several times and the room was thoroughly cleaned each time, the flies always returned after a few hours. Unfortunately, this problem remained unresolved and was quite disturbing. In summary, Marchica Lagoon Resort has many qualities and great potential, but better attention to reservation details and a permanent solution to hygiene issues are needed. Only then can it truly deliver the carefree luxury experience one would expect from a five-star hotel.
