Marco Beach Ocean Resort

I want to share my experience staying with the Marco Beach Ocean Resort. We chose this property to have a quick get away to celebrate my wife’s birthday. It was overall an amazing experience. This property is right on the beach which provided us with an incredible ocean view while staying there. The property provides both a beautiful and elegant atmosphere for guests looking to stay. Our room was very spacious and also included a full stocked kitchen, which we greatly appreciated. In addition, the living room provided a comfortable area to relax and we loved waking up on the balcony to see the sunrise. I also want to take the time to acknowledge the wonderful customer service we received while staying on property. Everyone was very friendly and helpful when we had any concerns. I also want to give special recognition to the valet staff. By far the best valet experience I have received in my lifetime. They were always ready to assist us as soon as we arrived on property, whether it be opening doors or assisting with bringing our luggage up to our room. They definitely made sure to provide us with a five star experience our entire stay there. If you are looking to stay at a beautiful hotel that provides a very relaxing and peaceful environment I would highly recommend booking a room at Marco Beach Ocean Resort on Marco Island!!!

I am writing to you with great sadness and disappointment after having enjoyed a wonderful stay at your hotel, where the staff inside the hotel provided excellent service with professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, upon returning home, I discovered that my wedding ring, which had been left in my car, was stolen. All signs point to the theft occurring while the vehicle was in the care of your valet parking service. This ring holds immense sentimental value, and its loss is deeply painful for me and my family. I kindly request that you review security footage, valet records, and any other evidence that might help clarify what happened. I respectfully request an immediate investigation and a formal response from your management. I am willing to cooperate fully to help resolve this issue. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this was not a good stay, especially for the cost. First off, you should know that this isn’t set up like a normal hotel and if you have an issue the front desk is very limited in their ability to help you. They can just give you a business card with the email address for their management (no name or phone number). While we were there the pool was closed for construction and we were woken up by construction noise everyday at 8am. I also want to note that we were not warned about this in advance and in fact received an email encouraging us to wait at the beach or pool if we arrived before the room was ready. Also they tested the fire alarm system while we were there (with no warning) and it didn’t work in our room. For how much this place costs, I would recommend staying at a normal hotel.
