In Lubyanka, there is simply no better hotel. Neat and harmonious interior. There is room service. For all the time of his stay there have never been claims. Nearby there is a spa salon for men. Vanilia is also an interesting place.
Great location. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the beds are comfortable. However if your planning to work from here the internet is terrible and the hotel food is not great and expensive. Although, step outside and you can find some amazing restaurants and cafes.
Second stay. Whilst the hotel is very nice and good location, the reception was not very helpful. We asked friendly for an hour extension for checkout, which normally is no problem anywhere else. We were informed direct and strict about the hotel rules - no late checkout 😞, not even one hour. In my 50 years of experience, it is only the second time it was refused.
