Stayed here for a week with my wife on holiday. Great location. Ferry right outside and close access to train line. Staff were very helpful. Quality customer service. Only criticism is the pool area is a bit weird. Had a great time. Would stay here again.

Very centrally located in Kowloon with plenty to do in the area. It's just steps away from the ferry terminal to Hong Kong Island, making it super convenient for getting around. The A25 airport bus stops right at the hotel’s doorstep, which was a huge plus. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the Hong Kong skyline. Such a great way to start the day. That said, the interiors do feel a bit dated and could use a refresh. You can tell the hotel was once very grand. Despite that, it's still a great option for its location, room size, and value for money. I’d recommend it for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of Kowloon.

Great hotel, but poor experience with front desk staff We stayed at Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel from Aug 2–4, 2025. The hotel’s location is fantastic, rooms are clean and comfortable, and overall facilities are excellent. Truly a premium stay — except for the check-in experience. One staff member named Paddy was extremely unprofessional — his attitude and tone made us feel unwelcome. He also gave us incorrect information, saying breakfast was included, but we were later told it wasn’t and were charged extra with no clear explanation. Thankfully, the Duty Manager handled the issue and promised a refund, which we appreciated. Such a beautiful hotel deserves better front-line staff.
