Marcoola Beach Resort

Its great place- but as usual time there to relax didn’t eventuate- need allot more than two nights Otherwise- everything there to enjoy, beach, bar, cafe -pool

Just left after the most amazing long weekend with my family and other family friends- it was hard to leave the stunning views and relaxed and quiet vibe of the resort. We were in the 3 bedroom penthouse with a rooftop and we were very happy with the spacious rooms and big balcony. Everything was clean and comfortable and well set out. We found Joe the manager to be very responsive and he personally brought up anything we needed very soon after he was contacted. My daughter desperately needed the bathroom when we arrived and he quickly got our key and took us to the lift so we could use our bathroom instead of the public restroom by the pool whilst my husband checked us in. The pool and spa was a great temperature with all of our kids spending most of their time swimming and playing tennis. Chemist warehouse and a beautiful coffee shop “Bobbi Lane”(amongst others) and a cocktail and tapas bar were a very short walk up the main road. Proximity to the beach was absolutely amazing. Walk out the gate and through the scrub and in one minute you have the ocean at your feet. 100% recommend! We cannot wait to come back. We have decided to make it an annual trip with more family and friends next time ❤️ Thanks Joe and Marcoola Beach Resort

Disgraceful & rude behaviour from a male staff member towards my 24yo daughter last night, who had travelled alone from Perth arriving at night, she had booking confirmation paperwork and was treated with total hostility and told she did not have a booking and sent out in a strange place in the dark. He continued to be rude when it was followed up this morning and he was in the wrong, yet still no apology from anyone at this “resort”.
