Nice location. The room and services are great. The staff were kind and friendly.

The staff was okay, especially room service lady, she respected our privacy and the reception staff is fine also👍 We had the king-suite and the room was horrible, though the Wi-Fi was okay, although sometimes you got kicked off the Wi-Fi. We paid 24.500 Turkish lira for 1 week. 1. Water coming out from the aircondition 2. Aircondition didn’t work properly 3. Stinky sewer smell all the time in the bathroom 4. Cigarettes smell every where in the hall and sometimes in the bathroom. 5. The flush button on the toilet got stuck all the time.

So far the worst hotel I have ever been in. When we booked it they told us everything was included even the spa, once we checked out the told me to pay an extra £350 for the services I have used, such as the mini bar, spa, cleaning service. The internet is BAD, it doesn’t work at all When you pay, you only pay for the room not for anything else. When I was checking out, I had a really bad experience with one of the staff members saying that I have taken a pillow and for so they charged me £70, I told them that, that wasn’t true I haven’t taken anything from there, after checking, they found the pillow, I claimed for an apology, they refused to apologise. The manager came and spoke to us instead, as rude as the staff member in the reception. The owner of the hotel he clapped at us from upstairs to tell us to stop, who did he think was. Plus, the room was dirty, dirty carpet, no clean towels were changed, they were really rude, they made my mum cry. The location was very far away from the main city. Anyways, please don’t book a room from them!!
