First off- THANK YOU for putting the sign out by the entrance!! I can only imagine the frustration people had getting to the hotel before that was there. With that sign- no issues!! We are Sleep Inn people now if there is one near where we are going!! After years of rolling the dice with rooms smelling like cigarettes and marijuana, leading to sleepless nights and days of migraines, it took one night in a Sleep Inn to convert us for life! This one had a slight pot smell in the lobby and I could smell a touch in the middle of night (like someone was outside smoking) but nothing like hotels in the past. The breakfast here is AMAZING!! You have to try the fried apples and the pepper omelets if they are out during your stay!! The staff were super friendly and polite. We heard them speaking with everyone and having conversations some folks that had clearly been at the hotel for a few days or more. One of the gentlemen that was working Saturday morning made a huge fuss over a young girl dressed a princess and I know that made her day!
My family and I booked 2 king suites through booking.Com. Tesla, The front desk attendant on duty informed us the booking could take up to an hour to come through. Noticing how travel weary we were, she went ahead and gave us rooms. The next morning we were informed that the booking never came through. Robin. The general manager, argued with the booking rep on our behalf, to get our money refunded. She was very helpful and accommodating. Great experience and ultra nice staff. I would highly recommend this hotel. Beds were super comfortable and room extremely clean. 5 stars all around! Wendy
This Sleep Inn location was a great start over on a recent road trip. It even has a small pool. The rooms were in great shape, clean, and comfy. Though they added a small chaise that was awkwardly placed and took up too much room in the small space (it was not a fold out sleeper), as well as blocked the bottom of the full length mirror. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend this location.
