A beautiful hotel in a great location. The interior/ exterior of the building is stunning, the staff are so helpful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the terrace has a magnificent view and a great little coffee shop. Everything was perfect! I will be coming again:)
Service , staff and location amazing But everything is so cheap in the room it’s unreal 1/2 toilet paper, no soap in dispenser, cheapest towels in the world , no electric outlet to use kettle we had to put it in our suitcase next to bathroom , Mattress and bellows not for a hotel . Furniture of the room soooooooo bad
I do not recommend this hotel. I booked online and there was an issue with the date, but instead of trying to help, the receptionist spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner. I was treated with zero courtesy, and they made no effort to find a solution or even speak politely. This is not how guests should be treated, especially when they have already paid. If you value respectful customer service and basic hospitality, I suggest you look for another hotel.
