What a fabulous holiday with my family. I can't rate this hotel highly enough. The location, staff, food, facilities, bedrooms were all first class. Worth trying all the 5 different restaurants as they all offer something different. I especially appreciated the quality AC in the bedrooms which ensured a great night's sleep. Special thanks to the management and the GM for making a special effort to make us feel at home. We will be back.
We had an amazing family stay at Mare Village in Ayia Napa! The resort was clean, modern, and very family-friendly. The buffets were absolutely incredible—great variety, delicious options for all ages, and everything was fresh and beautifully presented. The all-inclusive package was a huge plus and made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. We will definitely be coming back 🙏🙏
More of a 4 star hotel. None of the staff look happy about their jobs. They are not helpful. We asked for a reservation for dinner at any restaurant & any time slot when we arrived because check in was after 3pm & that is when they stop taking online reservations. The staff told us every single restaurant was full for every single time slot for the entire night … barely made any effort to actually check with the restaurants. We decided to just walk up to a restaurant and ask .. they were able to seat us right away. They don’t restock the water in the rooms which is shocking for a “5 star hotel”. They were able to fix our air conditioning in a timely fashion when we mentioned it was broken. Facilities are clean and overall aesthetic. The adults only restaurant don pepe was a very poor experience. Do not recommend. However the sushi restaurant and other Greek restaurant were delicious and had good service. There is no adults only pool. It is not monitored at all. On our brief tour the gentleman pointed to the pool and said this is the adults pool.. which was actively filled with children .. Overall 4 star hotel with 5 star pricing.
