This is probably one of the best establishments in the city to stay both short or long term, amazing rooms perfectly kept and routinely deep cleaned, the beds are large and comfortable, no noise at all from the outside, I've had quite a few experices in this city some bad some good we'll this is the best. If i have to be really hard on them then i would mention the location is not central, but still its a small downside.
I stayed here for 4 nights. It's a clean hotel with decent size rooms and nice bathrooms. The beds are typical Italian, not as thick and soft as American beds, but that's what you get in Italy unless you spring for a much more expensive hotel. This one is worth every penny. I'll probably be back next week!
Quality hotel, quite fresh, large rooms, quality service and very clean cleaning. in winter it was quite cool, but this is more of a problem throughout italy. The air conditioner control was also broken in the room. Good breakfasts. 20 minutes to the station on foot and 25-30 to the center of Novara
