Margaritaville Resort Times Square

Great location in times square. Rooms were small but comfortable and had the essentials. Service was good albeit New York (blunt and direct, not necessarily a bad thing). Only major complaints were the lack of elevators. There was only 2 working elevators for a 30+ floor building with 4 bars/restaurants. Getting into that elevator was always an experience in itself. Otherwise was a great experience.

The room was definitely well thought out in the design process; I do not think everyone would like it, but I sure loved it! We stayed on the 28th floor and never had a problem with the noise, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! The service was very very decent, never once did we half to wait on any cleaning stuff and we always got new bedding and towels which was nice. The location might be a little difficult to find at first but after the first time visiting you’ll be able to find it no problem. I like that it’s right in time square but again idk if people would agree with that. But overall I loved it, definitely will be staying there if I come back to NYC! And lastly I did not get to go to the pool (to busy) however I briefly saw it and it looked busy but very very enjoyable so if you go I recommend you visit that spot!

Location is perfect! Walking distance of everything and we had beautiful view of times square and its neon beauty. The rooms were surprisingly well sound proof too! The rooms are very small as a forewarning. They do come with a fridge and coffee maker and the ice machine is only on floor 7 where front desk is. Bed was quite comfortable and watching the sunset on the roof was amazing. Staff are not friendly but are professional and willing to assist after a nudge. Parking available across the street and it takes quite some time to retrieve your car so plan accordingly. Overall a nice place to stay in the city!
