Amazing location, beautiful white beach in the Mediterranean. The beach bar was closed due to it being early in the season but the pool bar isn't far, serving fizzy and alcoholic drinks as part of an all inclusive package. The Staff are very friendly, always keen to assist and efficient. Would recommend. There were a few families, but mostly couples, and the evening entertainment was cheesy fun.

Lovely stay in this amazing beach hotel. We had so much fun thanks to animation team, especially Ben was always smiling and darts, water polo and zumba were the best. We also lovely having lunch at the beach and staff was very friendly

The hotel grounds are truly beautiful – clean, well-maintained, and with a fairytale-like atmosphere. Housekeeping staff deserve the highest praise for their professionalism and hard work. The animation team was very dedicated, although the quality of the evening entertainment varied. Service at the pool bar depended on the staff on duty, but considering that sometimes only two people covered the entire outdoor area, it was understandable. Unfortunately, several aspects did not meet expectations – especially compared to other destinations in the same price range. Pre-arrival communication was poor: multiple emails, texts, and WhatsApp messages went unanswered, with the only reply received via Facebook. Dinner required a blue ticket at a fixed time, which led to repeated seating issues. Restaurant service often depended on tipping in advance, which should not be necessary to receive basic service. Music during the day was repetitive, and the evening kids’ party featured the same songs nightly. Hygiene at the outdoor bar needs improvement – glasses were not always properly washed with soap and hot water. Beach access ended at 6 pm when lifeguards finished, with no option to stay even at your own risk. Persistent sellers approached guests frequently on the beach to promote tours and services, which became intrusive. Out of courtesy, we booked a camel trip, but it was very disappointing – the animals were kept in poor conditions, showed visible signs of neglect, and the surrounding environment was dirty. While the hotel area itself is lovely, the moment you step outside you are faced with litter and mess, which unfortunately also applies to parts of the beach and sea.
