Although the hotel is officially rated 4 stars, I would honestly give it a solid 4+. Our stay was absolutely delightful — one of those rare vacations where everything just clicks. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special shoutout goes to Inna, who truly made our experience exceptional. Her warmth, professionalism, and personal touch stood out — she went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and we’re incredibly grateful. Also, the waiters (unfortunately I did not get their names) were super welcoming and caring The food was a real highlight — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every meal felt like a treat. Our room was great. It felt more than a typical 4-star hotel. It was very clean also! The pool is on the smaller side, which might be noticeable during peak season, but since we came off-season, it was perfect. There was always space to relax and enjoy the sun without feeling crowded. The location is also fantastic — just a 5-minute walk to the city center, or you can take a lovely stroll along the coast. Everything felt close and easy to reach, yet the hotel still offered peace and quiet. All in all, it was a magical escape. We left with full hearts and big smiles.

What a little jewel! Great location, so close to the beach, bars and restaurants; and the 'high street' for drop off/pick up for the airport and trips; and for shops. Special shout out to the hotel staff - fabulous service with a smile and so accommodating. Very special shout out to Christos - always pleasant and fun to chat with, and listened to our comments about the food - and it seems passed them on to the kitchen. A problem with our air-con was addressed within the day; can't fault the hotel reception staff progressing that for us. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I have recently returned from our holiday in Crete and we cannot praise this hotel and their staff enough, especially: Christos, Inna and Georgios, whom went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return to this hotel. Thanks again to you all, Lorna & Jamie
