i spent a night and the facilities are good, comfortable and pleasant to stay. when independence day of indonesia, they offered games to join and celebrated it together. They offered some facilities to enjoy surrounds like yacht, jet ski, canoe. The variant food is fine.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my elderly family members and children, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The check-in process was fast and easy, which was a relief, especially when traveling with both young ones and elderly. However, the elevator situation could use some improvement. There’s only one elevator on each side, so when it gets crowded, we had to wait a bit longer for our turn. This was especially challenging for my elderly family members. I also tried accessing the emergency stairs to go up manually, but it was locked, which was inconvenient when we needed to avoid the wait. On a positive note, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes and dietary needs, which made it enjoyable for everyone. The view from the dining area was lovely, adding to the overall experience. One thing I found a bit surprising was that the initial room key access only provided one card. After requesting, they provided an additional one, but it’s important to note that losing the key will cost 100k. The hotel has a lot of facilities to enjoy, which was great for keeping both the children and elderly entertained. Overall, it was a good stay with room for a few improvements, but I'd still recommend it for families looking for a comfortable and well-equipped hotel.

I had high expectations about this place because it says that it’s a 5-star hotel, but it’s more like a 3-star hotel for me. Upon entering, there are people in the reception but no one is there to help with the luggage. The service is not at par with 5-star hotels we’ve been to. On our first day there, no staff was really by the pool to help and assist for anything. The gym’s door suddenly closed as well and again no staff was there. Breakfast options were good. There are some nice staff. They have a very nice rooftop though! Pool is small for a resort in my opinion.
