Convenient location, short ride to local night market. Walking distance from a local favorite chicken soup place, flavorful broth, straightforward. Has ok breakfast buffet. The rooms are spacious and clean. Has a classic interior design. Definitely value for money
It was a clean and nice room and we had a comfortable stay. Just wasn't as nice as some of the other places we had stayed for similar prices. The staff insisted on keeping our passports which was uncomfortable - we did not encounter at any other place over 5 weeks in Vietnam. Seems weird and completely unnecessary. They also cancelled our booking without contacting us because our bus was late and we were late to check in and then we had to book again and pay double for some days. This just ruined the vibe for us. Breakfast was quite limited
Not a good experience during our entire stay here. The customer service was very poor. Some of the staff lacked professionalism and their attitude was totally unacceptable. Additionally, the room wasn't quite clean and there were only a few breakfast options
