Was a great evening of food and drinks. Food quality was fantastic and the service was extremely good.
Beautiful hotel but the staff is not so friendly I must say. The only person who gave us proper customer service was TANGENI. As for the rest, Emily, Amy, not so friendly, we felt unwelcome, judged, and undermined because of our age and skin colour. It's sad because I really love the place. Thank you to the breakfast team they really nice. The room was lovely, but the BRDS ARE SO HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE.
No hot water, internet as good as non existent, basic like an iron and ironing board not available, an iron was brought up and upon asking for board was told they don’t have. Staff really need training on hospitality so unfriendly only the gentleman at reception was smiling and helpful, no variety in their breakfast menu, overall just a terrible experience of what Namibia is about that I really can’t wait to get home
