Marigold Thermal Spa Hotel

We Stayed there 2 nights before Traveling on our Honeymoon, Everything was good, staff were very helpful and We were also surprised with an upgrade to a suit for our Honeymoon! Thank you!

I recently stayed at Marigold Hotel and, overall, it was a good experience, though there were some areas that could use improvement. The hotel itself is good, and the room was nice, but honestly, it didn’t quite live up to expectations given the price of the suite. It was comfortable but not particularly "wow" for a hotel of this standard. On the positive side, the swimming pool was excellent, and the breakfast was fantastic with a great variety and quality. One downside is the location—it’s quite far from both the city center and the mountains, which made it less convenient for sightseeing and exploring the area. Additionally, I was frustrated with the check-in process, which took a long 40 minutes to register my documents. I also found it a bit inconvenient that every time the staff received a call, I had to wait while they took the call, which I didn’t expect from a five-star hotel. Lastly, I was surprised when the staff insisted that I pay in euros instead of dollars, which was unclear to me. Their reasoning didn’t make much sense, and it left me confused. I didn’t expect such issues at a hotel of this caliber. While the hotel had its positives, particularly the pool and breakfast, I feel the service and some of the operational aspects could be improved to match the price and the five-star rating.

We stayed here for a night for Uludağ Ultra trail marathon. It was a one of the suggested hotels. We told that we should be leaving hotel at 6:30. The receptionist told that the breakfast starts at 7a.m. He promised to arrange a lunchbox. It was ready at the lobby in the morning. However lunchbox content was so little and unsatisfactory. Be careful if they offer a lunchbox. Be sure about its content.
