We are very satisfied with the hotel, food, service, cleanliness. The food in the hotel is varied and delicious. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is especially good for families with children because it has a large pool. We enjoyed our stay here for 10 days.
The food is awful and its very similar every day. Food is very bland and kind of tasteless. The breakfast is decent. Beverages are water with color. Air conditioning is really old and it takes too much time to get room cold. After few days it started leaking. Except the staff everything is bad. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is okay. Its clean but outdated. Connection to the center is good and near the beach. Realistically this hotel is 3 star.
Very disappointing experience. I was misled by beautiful photos and advertising. The hotel rooms haven’t been renovated in 20–30 years, and the bathrooms are in terrible condition. The first night we were given a room in shockingly poor shape – even the bed linen was dirty. The next day, we were moved to a different room, which wasn’t much better. Everything felt run-down and neglected. The beach is quite far from the hotel, and the service was arrogant and dismissive. You’re simply presented with the situation and left to deal with it. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.
