Marina del Rey Hotel

Picturesque and tranquil location, spacious and relaxing rooms with a very comfortable bed, beautiful harbor views, and good customer service. The heated, infinity pool is wonderful! Convenient bar and restaurant available on the premises, open late on the weekends. The memorable, welcoming aromas throughout the lobby are also a nice touch. I would highly recommend this place and will be returning. Only things to watch out for: Rental bikes are a bit pricey for what you get and if you have noisy neighbors in an adjacent room, it can be disruptive to your sleep.

5 Stars – A Wonderful Stay at Marina del Rey Hotel! I had a great experience staying at the Marina del Rey Hotel. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay feel relaxing and comfortable. The customer service was absolutely perfect—everyone was kind and professional. A special thank you to Michelle for her exceptional hospitality! She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my visit. The pool area was beautiful and very relaxing, and the on-site restaurant had delicious food with a great atmosphere. This hotel is definitely a place I would return to—comfortable, welcoming, and everything you need for a great stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel was great and the room was so clean but I was so suck of their customer service!! The day time when we check-in the service was wonderful; but when the night time my room's hair dryer doesn't work and try to speak with the front desk who's the name "Lawrence",he was terrible!! The response and the respect that totally make me feel really so disappointed and disrespectfully at all!!! Management team should have more training for the night shift staff. This is terrible experience at my travel in Los Angel of your hotel.
