Marina Grand Beach Hotel All inclusive

During my stay at the hotel I liked my stay I liked the service of the staff but especially the animation. I talked to Vanessa one of the animators and I had fun playing the games. They are always smiling and give me energy.

The room itself was decent and relatively clean – that's the only positive thing I can say about Marina Grand Hotel. The food, however, was extremely poor in both quality and variety. Tasteless, repetitive, and clearly not prepared with any attention to freshness or guests’ expectations. For a hotel claiming to be high-end, this is simply unacceptable. But the worst part by far was the disgraceful attitude of the pool staff. Arrogant, rude, and completely unprofessional. When I politely asked why they were closing the pool area before the advertised time (6:00 PM), I was met with blatant disrespect, mockery, and even insults. I was sworn at for daring to question their schedule. I have never experienced such unacceptable behavior in any hotel – anywhere. This place does not deserve the stars it claims to have. The management clearly has no control over its staff, and guest experience is treated as an afterthought. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel. You risk ruining your vacation.

My vacation was completely ruined. My car was deliberately sabotaged - one of the hotel's parking staff drove a nail into my tire I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs. The owners clearly don't care about your safety, comfort, or well-being. Today they'll put a nail in your tire-tomorrow, who knows what might happen? If you value your family and your peace of mind, stay away from this place.
