I’ve joint for one night at a business trip. Had a comfy bed with good quality of pillow and cover, nice room interior. The location to the marina is absolutely amazing. Breakfast close to the waterline BUT I want to focus on the crew. The woman who delivered the breakfast menu is a warm, friendly and very kind person. I just asked for a special and she said unfortunately this is not part of the breakfast. Just to say: few min later she served me the special. Wow. This hotel is a warm and straight from my heart recommendation in” the guest is king and should feel welcomed and a little bit like coming home. Thank you for this stay.
Nice Steak Restaurant at Lake Zurich. The steak was so well prepared it literally melted on the tongue. 😉 Great service, my glass of tequila Jose Cuevo was filled at all times.
A Waitress in Marina pizza restaurant today is very rude, response as no manner or training. No service mind. This brings no return for this summer for me. Till you choose to hire better people.
