Booked a suite with sea view and superior package; great room with lots of space and Jacuzzi tub for two. The problems start when you leave the room and find out there are very few services available most of the time. Nice pool area, but limited service. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all buffet style with food running out..? Don’t order a cocktail before dinner, it takes 20 minutes to arrive. Lounge is open, but why are the lights out and where is the barman? Staff are nice, specially in spa, which is well equipped, but a little pricy. Note this hotel is way out of town in the middle of nowhere.
Location is very good, rooms good. Breakfast and dinner, buffet style terrible. Food cold, very slow service. Does not represent Italian food at all. Front desk service good. Internet was working only 4 hours out of 3 days we stay there.
This hotel is not worthy of their stars and have horrible service. I would never stay here again and never recommend it to anyone. The air-con did not work in any of their rooms and temperature was managed from the hotel staff. Not that it made a diff as it never worked. They do not serve any lunch or dinner food, only option is crisps and sandwiches. They booked a taxi for us and confirmed the price and time to get to the airport. But when we had to leave it suddenly we’re two cabs asking for double the price. How they managed this situation was the worst I ever experienced in hospitality. Instead of apologizing for their error they blamed it on us. We asked for a solution which they were not able to sort out and we had to take the hit of being nearly miss our flight and paying twice as much. Horrible service!
