The hotel is very near to Guon Doung and International Airport. The breakfast is great value and many varieties ( including vegetarian food). The hotel is facing seaside and just walks to the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are many grocery shops, Long Beach Mart ( duty-free) , and bus stop for No. 17 and 19 to get free shuttle buses to Airport, Sunset City, Cable car, bus terminal T2 ( VinWonders world, Grandworld, Safari Zoo).
I booked an Executive room for three people on Agoda — that’s what I paid for! But when I arrived at the hotel, they had the nerve to charge me extra for a so-called “additional guest” just because I wrote two people in the notes. Are you kidding me? I clearly paid for a room meant for three. I didn’t bring more than three guests, I didn’t exceed the limit — so why am I being charged more? This is absolutely ridiculous. And don’t get me started on the staff — rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. The room? Old, musty, and far from what you’d expect from a so-called 4-star hotel. Honestly, this place is a joke. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.
Checked in to room with very obvious smell that it had been cleaned appeared neat and tidy but well used. After first night the smell of mould was faint and mould found on the pillows. Asked house keeping to change pillows, which they did. Next day the smell increased on return from day trip smell was worse with front of the A/C vent dripping. Next day after being out most of the day the floors soaked and walls and Celling dripping with smell very obvious now and in areas starting to be visible turned A/C on after an hour wet walls floor and celling had gone but smell remained. It appeared it might be affecting our breathing as both of us had started coughing for no other reason. Decision to check out early and find other accommodation and forfit the additional 3 days that had been booked. On check out was asked why we were checking out, staff told mould in the room causing health issues. Staff did offer another room but decided as we had opted to seek other accommodation elsewhere. Looking around before leaving we had noticed that multiple leaks an mould throughout the building maintenance and cleaning do not seam to be a priority which is a shame as it has the potential to be brilliant.
