Animation are so good . So interesting program . Magic are so good animator and so kind. Restorat is amazing and personal too. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

This was our first time staying at this hotel, and overall, we had a fantastic experience. The place is beautiful, clean, and well-organized. The staff were kind and professional, and everything from the room to the restaurant exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights of our stay was meeting Luca, one of the guides. Even though it was our first time meeting him, he made a deep impression on us. Luca was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about his work. He brought the tours to life in a way that made us feel connected to the place and its stories. He truly added something special to our visit. That’s why we were shocked and disappointed to learn that Luca had been let go. It’s difficult to understand how someone who clearly made such a positive impact on guests could be dismissed. Losing someone like Luca is, in our opinion, a big mistake. We still enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, but we sincerely hope the management reflects on this decision. People like Luca are rare—and they’re the reason guests remember a place long after they leave.
