A Resort with Style and Great Service After a rough start, the team really showed effort to make things right, and I appreciate that. The location is stunning, the facilities are beautiful, and once everything was arranged, we had a wonderful stay. The staff (especially guest relations) took care of our requests and made sure we felt valued. The activities and options around the hotel (boats, spa, etc.) are a real highlight and give you a true vacation feeling. Thank you for turning things around – we’ll remember the positive experience.

The rooms are very clean and the resort is beautiful. We loved our sea view room! The resort is not up to “5 star standards” if you have visited other 5 star resorts especially outside of Europe. The staff is nice but are not responsive and proactive. You have to be the one to inquire about every little thing which is not the case at 5 star resort. In our room, the shower door was missing but that was not the case for the family suite. They charge you for everything in the mini bar including water which should not be the case for a 5 star resort. They are not familiar with outside tourism at this time. For example, we walked into one of the restaurants after arrival and we walked past 5 staff members and I had to ask for a table for 2 instead of being seated by staff. The restaurant was empty at the time. I ordered the beef tacos at the Bistro, they were served cold. The service is slow all around, we waited just about an hour to place an order. It takes a very long time to get the check-however this is common in Albania. It seemed like they didn’t have a system and random waiters were serving us. The ladies at the Spa, very friendly but again just not up to a 5 star rating. My husband & I did a massage facial and it just seemed put together on the spot. They just randomly ended it as soon as the 30 min timer went off. There were teens just jumping in the spa pool. They have a lot of staff around that are available to assist you but each one refers you to someone different. For example, I was wondering if they are able to do hair and makeup for a bridal party next July. I was referred to the Spa, when i asked the spa they kept asking someone else and ultimately they said they weren’t sure.
